The cost for the trip is $700 per student. Each family is responsible for paying $350 (half of the total cost) of the trip. The remainder of the cost will be covered by our pizza business. We have a payment schedule to help ease the cost.
Payment 1: Friday, September 19, 2014 - $100
Payment 2: Friday, November 7, 2014 - $100
Payment 3: Friday, January 30, 2015 - $150
**Payments are nonrefundable because the number of students going on the trip affects the price.
We have not finalized the itinerary. Sites that we will visit include the Library of Congress, the Capitol, Arlington, Smithsonian museums, many monuments and memorials, Mount Vernon and the Holocaust Museum.
We will need chaperones for this trip. The cost for chaperones will be $700. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in being a chaperone.
More information will be given at a meeting that will be scheduled before the trip.
