Policies Agreement Form - must be filled out for each family (you do not need to complete one per student, just one per family please). DUE JULY 31st

AfterSchool and Dismissal Form - must be filled out for each family. DUE JULY 31st

Student Technology Needs Form - must be completed for ALL 1st-8th grade students. DUE JULY 31st

Medication Form - must be completed for all students taking medicine at school

Free and Reduced Meal Application

We encourage families to complete the Free and Reduced Meals application because ECMCS provides other discounts to families who have applied and qualify for FARL. Those discounts include registration fees, the base school picture package, field trips, Middle School Pizza Biz on Friday. 

This is an annual application. If you qualified last school year, you will have to apply again.  If you are a SNAP recipient, you will have to complete the application for free or reduced-price meals as well.

Set up your Lunch Pre-Payment Account.

Please take advantage of the options to prepay your student's meal accounts. Prepaid meal accounts help the lunch lines go faster and gives students more time to eat, relax, and play. It also gives you the peace of mind of not having to worry about looking for lunch money every day or worry that it might get lost, stolen or used for other things other than lunch.
